The "LT Series" is a compact and high-precision positioning table that incorporates an AC linear servo motor between a movable table and a bed, along with a built-in optical linear encoder. With a lightweight movable table and high thrust, it enables high acceleration and high-response operation. Furthermore, advanced servo technology achieves high static stability and speed stability.
