Introducing a case where the cause of abnormal noise was discovered and pointed out, along with improvement suggestions!
We received a consultation from an existing customer in the chemical industry who is troubled because their current conveyor manufacturer has gone out of business and they can no longer conduct regular inspections. Together with our partner company, we conducted an on-site survey. We undertook inspection and maintenance work on two conveyors and submitted a report. During the inspection, we discovered and pointed out the cause of the contact noise and made improvement proposals. Subsequently, the customer understood the necessity of addressing the issue, and we received an order for the shortening work of part of the conveyor chain. By carrying out the work, we achieved a reduction in the contact noise.
