We would like to introduce a case where we proposed collaboration by requesting the manufacturer to select partial mechanical equipment, while the customer's design team incorporates everything into the drawings.
We received a consultation from a customer stating, "We have equipment to deliver to a parts manufacturer, but it seems we won't make the deadline, so we would like your assistance." We conducted selection consultations centered around the most challenging indexing device. With the introduction of a vendor knowledgeable about indexing, we held multiple meetings involving the customer, our company, the subcontractor, and the indexing manufacturer, and we proceeded with the work carefully. Thanks to our management of the schedule, we were able to secure additional personnel during the assembly process, which contributed to completing the project on time.
