I would like to introduce a repeat project for the installation of hydraulic equipment from an existing customer!
In 2019, we received positive feedback regarding the construction work in terms of delivery time and work completion, leading to a repeat request from the client. They consulted us about wanting to control costs due to rising material prices. We promptly visited the site with the hydraulic equipment manufacturer's representative to discuss the details of the specifications. Although there were significant cost challenges, we engaged in repeated negotiations with the manufacturer and were able to propose a cost-effective estimate. As a result, we secured the order without going to competing suppliers. Additionally, having achieved results twice allowed us to build a stronger trust relationship with the customer.
