We would like to introduce a case where we received a request for hydraulic unit renewal work from a customer in the automotive industry. The customer was using existing hydraulic units and cylinders manufactured by NACHI and was considering an update. However, they were unable to select the appropriate cylinders and did not know any contractors who could perform the on-site work, which led them to request our assistance. Our subcontractor visited the site for an investigation, confirming the products that required maintenance and selecting products that needed verification from the manufacturer. By coordinating with the manufacturer, we were able to respond smoothly.
