The "MELPROTM-A Series" is a Mitsubishi digital protective relay that newly incorporates a three-stage characteristic into the instantaneous element of OCR. It can operate with currents below the instantaneous setting value (in four stages from 20% to 80%), making it easy to consider protection coordination with distribution substations.
