The "TM" is an ultra-small positioning table that incorporates a micro linear way L with a rail width of 2mm within the table structure and a miniature ball screw with a screw diameter of 2mm in the feed mechanism. By combining a high-lead ball screw with a high-torque AC servo motor, it enables high-speed movement without sacrificing accuracy.
