The "TC…EB" is a positioning table based on the lightweight, low-profile, and compact precision positioning table TE, featuring a structure that enhances the airtightness inside the table. Thanks to the optimal design of the linear guide and ball screw, the height dimensions are achieved at a low profile of 50mm for "TC50EB," 54mm for "TC60EB," and 67mm for "TC86EB."
