The 『TX…M/CTX…M』 is a positioning table based on the high-precision and high-rigidity precision positioning table LH, incorporating the rolling guide C-loop linear roller way super X. It thoroughly pursues precision in all parts and achieves positioning accuracy comparable to air stages. By directly feeding back position information from a super high-precision linear encoder, it forms a full closed-loop control system, ensuring positioning accuracy across the entire stroke range. Additionally, the linear encoder can be selected as either absolute or incremental type.
