"CK Fittings" are screw-type ductile iron fittings produced entirely at our headquarters factory in Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture. In the manufacturing process, we use Disamatic, FCMX, and AMF automatic molding machines with precision comparable to that of precision machining tools for the important mold-making line. The cores are automatically set, resulting in very high and accurate dimensional precision for our products. Additionally, the material is black-heart ductile iron, which has about twice the strength of gray cast iron and is as tough as cast steel.
