We would like to introduce a case of replacing hoist cranes installed at customer factories in the civil engineering and construction industry. During the regular maintenance process, it was found that the components of the existing equipment had aged, and parts replacement was necessary. When we estimated the cost of the parts replacement, including repair costs, it appeared to be very high, giving the customer the impression that it was overpriced. After comparing the long-term cost benefits, we proposed replacing it with a new hoist crane.
