All parameters can be set numerically. For example, you can simply set numerical values for the dither frequency and the maximum output current. There is no need to configure settings while checking the waveform. When driving one proportional valve, you can switch between 32 patterns of command currents. Convenient features such as output current monitoring for the solenoid coil and alarm displays for coil shorts have been added. By using dedicated tool software, all parameters can be backed up and set in bulk, making it easy to configure the control amplifier for the second and subsequent units. Current feedback control maintains the commanded coil current even if the coil temperature changes. It is possible to control two valves simultaneously with pressure feedback control, suppressing pressure changes due to variations in operating oil temperature and override characteristics. Additionally, the ON/OFF of feedback control can be switched based on input signals. It complies with international safety standards with CE marking. The conventional ERD-PA3D6-D2-10 and analog amplifiers can be easily replaced with this product. Monitoring the commands and status of the valves can be achieved through digital communication using a single LAN cable.
