Since there is no drain flow, it can be applied to energy-saving operations. High response and high precision switch output can be obtained. The lifespan has been extended, and reliability has improved. The set pressure and hysteresis can be freely adjusted within the range using an electric trimmer. The switch output and internal circuit are electrically isolated by a photcoupler, so there is no concern about malfunction due to noise. The pressure detection part has been miniaturized, eliminating constraints during valve stacking.
