The newly developed sealing function automatically controls the application amount according to the robot's operating speed. It maintains the target bead width even in corners that tend to become unstable, achieving high-quality sealing. The installation of sealing equipment is applicable to both stationary and robot-mounted systems. Please choose according to the layout of the line and the workflow. With the included temperature sensor, changes in discharge amount due to temperature variations are compensated. Even with temperature changes due to seasons or day and night, product quality is kept consistent. The operation, monitoring, and application schedule setting of the sealing gun can be controlled with a single robot teach pendant. This improves operability and simplifies the system configuration. The troublesome trial operation adjustments during line startup are dramatically more efficient using the sealing-specific function.
