Bendable with your hands!! Flexible seed heater
This is convenient! Just bend it to fit the groove of the mold and embed it with a plastic hammer, and you're good to go! Since we use flexible pipes for the sheath pipe, you can bend it by hand. It is also possible to bend it into arbitrary three-dimensional shapes. The minimum bending radius (inner radius) is R=6.5mm for an outer diameter of φ6.5 and R=10mm for an outer diameter of φ8.5. The flexible and easy-to-bend Hot Flex can be stored in a straight shape and can be bent by hand for installation during use or replacement, making it a heater that excels in both functionality and maintainability. We have standardized a total of 25 types for φ6.5 and 40 types for φ8.5, depending on the length of the heater. Please choose the optimal Hot Flex according to your desired capacity.
