The high thrust type LT…H of the Linear Motor Table LT series uses C-groove linear ways for table guidance, and it is an actuator that provides the highest thrust in the LT series without compromising compactness, making it ideal for precise positioning of heavy objects. The newly developed LT170H2 has significantly improved rated thrust by adopting a linear motor with a different structure from the existing LT…H. This has expanded the range of operating conditions it can accommodate, making it suitable for a wide variety of applications, including semiconductor-related equipment and FA-related equipment.
