Aluminum frames are widely used in the FA industry due to their convenience. However, conventional aluminum frames had some shortcomings, particularly in "rigidity." To address this, SUS reviewed the joining methods to achieve high rigidity comparable to that of steel and developed a completely new frame called "ZF" using a plug-in method. The ZF, boasting unprecedented high rigidity, is resistant to vibrations and minimizes displacement and distortion even under heavy loads, demonstrating strength equivalent to steel as a robot base or equipment frame.
