[Information] Thermo Barrier Top Catalog
Reflects radiant heat from the sun! Aluminum heat-insulating sheet with 99% purity.
This document is a catalog introducing the thermal insulation sheet "Thermo Barrier Top," which is designed to be directly applied to flat roofs. It includes results such as the potential for approximately 56% reduction in power consumption and savings on heating and cooling costs. In response to heat that insulation materials alone cannot stop, this thermal insulation sheet, made of 99% pure aluminum, reflects and cuts solar radiation heat, creating a cooler environment in summer and a warmer one in winter, thereby improving work and study efficiency and preventing the deterioration of stored products. Experimental results by a professor from Shizuoka University’s Faculty of Engineering have demonstrated the potential for a decrease of about 3°C in ceiling ambient temperature and about 10°C in attic temperature.
