While the demand for thermal printers in the KIOSK/self-service terminal market is increasing, the time available for maintenance is being reduced due to labor shortages. The FTP-63KMCL304-R features our unique top-open structure that makes maintenance tasks easy. It supports paper sizes from 2 inches to 3 inches (up to 86mm) and eliminates the need for paper width settings thanks to multiple sensors built inside. It also comes standard with a long-lasting cutter that supports full cut and partial cut for thick paper. Additionally, we offer replacement thermal head units, platen units, and cutter units. In cases of component wear and tear, typically the entire printer would need to be replaced, but with our system, only the necessary parts can be replaced, contributing to cost savings for our customers.
