A new type of permanent magnet clamping block that allows for rapid clamping of workpieces using machining centers and milling machines.
● Compatible with holding medium to large workpieces on machining centers and milling machines, as well as face milling and end milling of medium to large workpieces. ● By connecting them, it is possible to operate the ON/OFF function for all connected permanent magnetic clamping blocks with a single ON/OFF operation. ● The ECB series of permanent magnetic clamping blocks come standard with replaceable soft induction blocks. These soft induction blocks are made of raw material that can be ground, cut, and drilled, allowing them to be processed to match the shape of the workpiece. ● When placing a workpiece on the permanent magnetic clamping block, it is essential to place it across both the S pole and N pole. As a general rule, please use four units as a set.
