Notice of MEX Kanazawa 2025 Exhibition
We will be exhibiting at MEX Kanazawa 2025, which will be held from May 15 (Thursday) to May 17 (Saturday) at the Ishikawa Prefectural Industrial Exhibition Hall (Halls 1, 3, and 4). Overview of MEX Kanazawa 2025 【Dates】May 15 (Thursday) to May 17 (Saturday), 2025, for three days 【Opening Hours】10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (until 4:00 PM on the last day) 【Admission】Free (pre-registration required) 【Highlights of the Fast Tech Booth】 ◆ Mag Vise (Permanent Electromagnetic Chuck, Permanent Magnetic Clamping Block) It is possible to significantly improve productivity by reducing setup time for workpieces, shortening processing time through simultaneous five-sided machining, and enabling simultaneous processing of multiple pieces. ◆ Workholding Tools for 5-Axis Machining Self-centering vices, zero-point systems, and mag vices for workholding tools. These tools can achieve high precision in repeatability and are compatible with automation. ◆ Indexing Table for Wire Cutting and E3R System Vise for Automatic Transport The E3R system vise for automatic transport is compatible with automatic transport devices. ◆ Drill Honing Edge Grinding Machine It prevents chipping of drills and extends the lifespan of re-sharpened drills.

[Workshop] Clamping work with Magvise to significantly improve machining productivity.
【Date and Time】 May 15, 2025 (Thursday) 11:35 AM - 12:35 PM 【Location】 Ishikawa Prefectural Industrial Exhibition Hall, Building 1, 2nd Floor (MEX Kanazawa 2025 Exhibition Venue) 193 Fukuhata Minami, Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, 920-0361 【Workshop Content】 The attraction of workpieces using magnetic force allows for processing without interference from fixtures, enabling one-chucking operations without replacing the workpiece. We will introduce this method with practical examples.

2025 Kyoto-Shiga Machine & Tool Solution Fair
【Highlights of the Fast Tech Booth】 ◆ Mag Vice (Permanent Electromagnetic Chuck for Cutting, Permanent Magnetic Clamping Block for Cutting) It is possible to significantly improve productivity by reducing setup time for workpieces, shortening processing time through simultaneous five-sided machining, and enabling simultaneous processing of multiple pieces. ◆ Workholding Tools for 5-Axis Machining Centers The self-centering vice clamps the workpiece strongly with a single-side swing jaw. We also propose workholding tools using a zero-point system and Mag Vice (permanent electromagnetic chuck). The zero-point system is compatible with EROWA, System 3R, and COROMANT CAPTO, ensuring high precision in repeatability and supporting automation. ◆ Wire Cut Vice It allows for setup with excellent repeatability, thereby improving productivity. It has high repeatability and is compatible with automation. ◆ Drill Grinding Machine Anyone can easily grind drills to an X-shape with a 2nd relief angle. ◆ Permanent Magnetic Lifting Magnet A very powerful and compact lifting magnet with a safety factor of 3.5 times.

Aboutファーステック
We propose products that can enhance production efficiency, such as self-centering vises for 5-axis machining and magnetic vises.
We propose to our customers our main products, including a patented Taiwanese 5-axis machining center self-centering vise, magnetic vises using electromagnetic and permanent magnet methods, and datum system wire-cutting vises. These products are already being used by customers worldwide, including in Europe and the United States, and they are not only excellent in improving productivity but also highly compatible with automation. In Japan, we have many customers ranging from major manufacturers to small and medium-sized enterprises, including machine tool manufacturers, who have adopted our products. Our goal is to introduce more of these excellent overseas products, particularly from Taiwan, which are still not well-known in Japan, to a larger number of Japanese customers, thereby contributing to the improvement of their productivity and alleviating labor shortages. We specifically address individual customer challenges such as tool selection, problem-solving, and cost reduction strategies. We have a wide range of demo machines available for test machining. It is possible for customers to conduct test machining with the demo machines we bring to them. Once you contact us, our sales representative will respond immediately.
