■ Generates magnetic force ranging from 500kg to 2100kgf per two poles of a powerful neodymium magnet (varies by model). ■ Switching between magnetization and demagnetization is easy with lever operation. ■ The workpiece is held on one side due to magnetic attraction, making it ideal for five-sided machining. ■ Machining is completed in one process, which greatly helps in maintaining precision and improving machining efficiency. Applications: 1. Suitable for almost all machining of large to small workpieces. 2. Basically, use four permanent magnetic clamping blocks as a set. 3. For workpieces that are not flat where they contact the chuck, it is necessary to use separately sold induction block springs (deformation correction blocks) or induction blocks to ensure there is no gap between the chuck and the workpiece.
