The Magnet Vice [Mag Vice for Cutting with Permanent Electromagnetic Chuck] is a magnet chuck of the permanent electromagnetic type made from permanent magnets, specifically neodymium and alnico magnets. It utilizes the characteristics of alnico magnets to control the ON/OFF function with electrical power, resulting in a super-strong permanent magnet chuck. It has a proven track record in various cutting processes, including five-sided machining, simultaneous machining of multiple parts, cutting of large workpieces using gantry-type machining centers, removal of scale from workpieces, die-sinking machining, groove cutting of round steel, and mold machining! ■A cutting magnet chuck using very powerful neodymium magnets and Alnico magnets. ■Magnetization and demagnetization are performed using electrical power, but during magnetization, power supply is not required. ■As a result, power consumption is very low and energy-saving, and there is no increase in the temperature of the workpiece. ■Since power supply is not required during magnetization, there is no need for a power supply cable. ■Once the magnetic flux is fully absorbed by the workpiece, the magnetic flux does not emerge on the surface of the workpiece, and therefore, metal shavings are not attracted to the surface of the workpiece by magnetic force. ■By using an induction block (magnetic flux conductor), it can accommodate various shapes of workpieces. ■Using a distortion removal block makes it possible to remove the scale from distorted workpieces with black scale. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
