A permanent magnet clamping block is a powerful permanent magnet type magnetic chuck that can be used for cutting processes. 【Features】 ■ A cutting magnetic chuck that uses very strong neodymium magnets. ■ Easy ON/OFF control of magnetic force with lever operation. ■ The main body can be connected, allowing for handling of large workpieces. ■ By operating the magnetic force switching lever at the front of the connected body, you can control the ON/OFF of all connected magnetic forces. ■ Once the magnetic flux is fully engaged with the workpiece, the magnetic flux does not appear on the surface of the workpiece, preventing chips from being attracted to the surface due to magnetic force. ■ By using an induction block (magnetic flux conductor), it can accommodate various shapes of workpieces. ■ Using a distortion removal block, it is also possible to remove the scale from distorted workpieces. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us. ■ Generates magnetic force ranging from 500kg to 2100kgf per two poles of a powerful neodymium magnet (varies by model). ■ Switching between magnetization and demagnetization is easy with lever operation. ■ The workpiece is held on one side due to magnetic attraction, making it ideal for five-sided machining. ■ Machining is completed in one process, which greatly helps in maintaining precision and improving machining efficiency. Applications: 1. Suitable for almost all machining of large to small workpieces. 2. Basically, use four permanent magnetic clamping blocks as a set. 3. For workpieces that are not flat where they contact the chuck, it is necessary to use separately sold induction block springs (deformation correction blocks) or induction blocks to ensure there is no gap between the chuck and the workpiece.
