The Gintech "EWC Series" is a high-precision wire cut electrical discharge machining vice that completes most setup tasks externally in conjunction with a zero point system. Traditionally, the three-axis presetting of "parallel alignment, centering, and clamping" was performed on the machine; now it can be done externally in advance, allowing for one-touch attachment to the machine at the zero point. This minimizes machine downtime and enables continuous operation of the electrical discharge machine. **Main Features** - External 3-axis presetting support: Adjustments for workpiece tilt and reference positions can be pre-set externally, significantly reducing the cumbersome dial gauge measurements and fine-tuning work on the machine. - High reproducibility with zero point: The vice preset externally can be attached and detached with one touch, ensuring repeatable positioning accuracy and allowing immediate processing after replacement. - Maximization of machine operating rate: While one machine is performing electrical discharge machining, the next workpiece can be preset externally.
