Our company uses injection molding machines ranging from 18t to 680t, catering to a wide range of molding needs from precision small parts to large functional components. By selecting the optimal clamping force and molding conditions according to product shape, projected area, and resin characteristics, we achieve stabilization of dimensional accuracy and appearance quality. Furthermore, our consistent production system from prototyping to mass production balances improved production efficiency with cost optimization, supporting high-quality manufacturing. Larger machines do not necessarily accommodate smaller parts; small parts have their own characteristics, and large parts have theirs, which we skillfully manage using our expertise. For example, in the case of small parts, the drooling phenomenon (dripping) that occurs during the screw rotation process for supplying molten resin can sometimes exceed the proportion of the molded product, making density adjustment of the molded product very challenging. In the case of large parts, the amount of purge required for material change is very high, necessitating efficient material change technology.
