Non-volatile memory for automobiles and industrial robots that guarantees reliability in high-temperature environments.
This product features a memory capacity of 2M bits and operates with a wide range power supply voltage of 1.8V to 3.6V using an SPI interface. It guarantees a rewrite cycle count of 10 trillion, which is approximately 10 million times that of EEPROM, within a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The operating frequency has been accelerated to a maximum of 50MHz, which is 1.5 times faster than conventional products. Additionally, the reliability testing of this product complies with AEC-Q100 Grade 1, a high-quality standard known as automotive grade. The package includes an 8-pin SOP that can replace EEPROM, as well as an 8-pin DFN (Dual Flatpack No-leaded package) without leads.

The main specifications of the "MB85RS64TU" are a wide operating voltage range of 1.8V to 3.6V, an SPI interface capable of operating at a maximum of 10MHz, and an operating temperature range of -55°C to +85°C. The package includes an 8-pin SOP that can replace EEPROM, as well as a small 8-pin SON (Small Outline Non-lead package) without leads. The SON version is approximately 30% smaller in area and about 13% smaller in mounting volume compared to the SOP version, contributing to the miniaturization of the mounting board.

Non-volatile memory 64K bit FeRAM "MB85RS64VY"
Optimized for automotive and industrial machinery using a 5V operating temperature sensor.
This product can be connected without adding a voltage reduction circuit, even if the surrounding electronic components support 5V, thereby reducing the design burden on customers. As an example of using this FeRAM, in automobiles and industrial machinery where high temperatures in the operating parts are expected due to heat generated by the motor mechanism during operation, temperature sensors that monitor the operating temperature may be used. Many of these temperature sensors operate at 5V, making this FeRAM product effective for connecting to those sensors.

Non-volatile memory 8M-bit FeRAM "MB85R8M2T"
Developed an 8M-bit product, which is the maximum memory capacity for non-volatile memory FeRAM. Contributes to battery reduction by replacing SRAM for industrial machinery.
This product features a SRAM-compatible parallel interface and operates over a wide voltage range of 1.8V to 3.6V. The package adopts a 48-pin FBGA package in a compact size of 8mm x 6mm in response to customer demands for miniaturization. If customers are using a 44-pin TSOP package SRAM, replacing it with this FeRAM will result in approximately a 90% reduction in the implementation area, including the battery footprint.
