Here is an example of the transfer of miso in the field of seasoning liquids. To prevent foreign matter contamination, a pipeline-type metal inspection device was introduced. However, due to the influence of bubbles contained in the transfer liquid, it was not possible to increase the sensitivity of the metal detection, resulting in the inability to detect the desired size of metal for removal. Therefore, by using a deforming pump, the liquid was sent while removing bubbles, which increased the sensitivity of the metal detection and demonstrated sufficient performance.
