Here is an example of the transfer of pharmaceutical jelly in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics field. Previously, we used manual cleaning, but we received a request to switch to CIP cleaning to improve line efficiency. As a result, we introduced a screw pump. We created a line that allows for both jelly transfer and CIP cleaning with a single pump, achieving simplification of the line and improved workability.
