The "Radial Vane Pump (Type R and Type V)" is a pump that utilizes the principle of being drawn in when the volume increases and being pushed out when the volume decreases. Multiple vanes are attached radially to the rotor. Because the rotor is eccentric to the pump casing, the volume between the two vanes expands and contracts repeatedly as it rotates.
