The "Compact AIRX Filter," which has been on sale since 1987 and has received positive feedback, has been renewed. Sales began on August 1, 2012. Additionally, a stainless steel model, which was highly requested, has also been introduced, expanding the range of use.

We have improved our company's drain oil-water separation device "Drain Destroyer SD type" and changed the model numbers. The model numbers are as follows: "SD37A" → "SD37B", "SD75A" → "SD75B", "SD150A" → "SD150B", "SD220A" → "SD220B".

The specifications of the "AIRX High Pressure Standard Filter," which is released by Fukuhara, have been changed. The changes are as follows: 1. Model change: xSH013A → xSH013B 2. The dedicated drain trap for air dryers, "DREX700," has been renamed to "DREX150" starting from the shipments in August 2013. The model numbers are: "DX150-1 (AC100V)" "DX150-2 (Single-phase AC200V)"

We have launched the energy-saving drain trap "Super Durex 220," suitable for air compressors ranging from 22 to 220 kW, designed for efficient drainage of sludge-laden inflow. It is suitable for drains with a viscosity similar to heavy oil that accumulate in aftercoolers, drain separators, air tanks, dryers, and air filters. There is no need to set the drain discharge cycle or discharge time; it features a large discharge outlet and a mechanism (patented) that draws the drain into the sensor area, ensuring reliable drainage over an extended period.

The "Oil Buster," which captures and adsorbs oil mist in compressed air, has been newly released with an increased processing flow rate. Additionally, new models with 3,000 L/min and 6,000 L/min have been added to enhance the lineup.

Fukuhara Co., Ltd. has started selling its new product "Shinrai Dorex 600" from June 1st. The "Shinrai Dorex 600" is an electromagnetic drain trap that reduces unnecessary electricity costs for companies that continuously drain condensate from drain valves (orifices) in intercoolers, aftercoolers, air tanks, refrigerated air dryers, large air filters, etc. It is waterproof and dustproof (equivalent to JIS C 4034 IP65), making it suitable for outdoor use. Additionally, with a large discharge valve diameter of 7mm, it has very few instances of foreign objects getting stuck, making it extremely unlikely to become inoperable.
