This site was created as a platform to smoothly provide information and materials to our customers. Additionally, we have also revamped our corporate site. The production number of 【Fuji Precision】's lock nut 'U-NUT' is... ●● million pieces per day!
The "U-NUT," which can be said to be synonymous with Fujiseimitsu's brand, has over 200 variations in size and material. All of these products are manufactured at Fine Tech's second factory. We operate about 30 machines across six types of manufacturing equipment, producing an astonishing 200,000 to 250,000 U-nuts per day! This amounts to a total of 240 million units annually. 【How U-NUTs are Made】 1. The initial shape of the nut is formed using a cold forging machine. 2. In the threading process, it is processed with a tapping machine. 3. To remove any oil attached to the product, washing and drying are performed. 4. The final step involves using our own press machine and riveting mold to rivet the product. No matter how harsh the usage environment, our product demands safety and reliability. It continues to evolve not only in terms of anti-loosening performance but also in durability and vibration resistance.
