The "FINE U-NUT" is a locking nut for bearings that eliminates the need for traditional keyway machining of shafts and the installation of toothed washers. It allows for arbitrary and appropriate positioning, and torque management is also easy. It generates "power" in various industrial machines and improves the rotational balance of bearings. 【Installation Procedure】 ■Step 1 - Pass the bearing through the shaft. - Confirm that the end of the threaded part of the shaft has been chamfered (equivalent to 1 pitch) before applying lubricant. ■Step 2 - Manually screw in until the friction ring contacts the threads of the shaft. ■Step 3 - Use the dedicated tightening tool for the FINE U-NUT. (It can also be installed with a hook spanner.) ■Step 4 - Hold the shaft part of the ratchet handle and gently turn to tighten. ■Step 5 - Check if the inner ring of the bearing is in close contact with the seating surface of the FINE U-NUT, and whether the threaded part of the shaft protrudes more than 2 pitches from the friction ring. - When removing, unscrew with the tightening tool until the friction ring is free from the threads of the shaft. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
