Precision lock nut of the pre-bleeding torque type.
"TWIN FU-NUT" is a precision lock nut of the pre-breling torque type. With two friction rings (special springs), it further enhances the anti-loosening performance of the "FINE U-NUT." By simultaneously machining the screw and the seating surface, the runout accuracy of the seating surface relative to the screw is secured to the 1,000 micrometer range (mm). 【Installation Procedure】 ■Step 1 - Pass the bearing through the shaft. - Confirm that the end of the threaded part of the shaft has been chamfered (equivalent to 1 pitch) before applying lubricant. ■Step 2 - Manually screw in until the friction ring contacts the threads of the shaft. ■Step 3 - Confirm that the friction ring has made contact with the end of the shaft. ■Step 4 - Use the dedicated tightening tool for the FINE U-NUT. (It can also be installed with a hook spanner.) ■Step 5 - Hold the shaft part of the ratchet handle and gently turn to tighten. ■Step 6 - Check whether the inner ring of the bearing is in close contact with the seating surface of the TWIN FU-NUT, and whether the threaded part of the shaft extends more than 2 pitches from the friction ring. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
