The SMD type comes in two varieties: low voltage (3-170V) and medium voltage (14-385V), with a surge current tolerance of 30-1,200A.
In addition to Bourns' disc-type metal oxide varistors, surface mount products are included in the lineup. The former KEKO company, a European manufacturer, has been brought under our umbrella, and its product lineup has been absorbed. With a strong track record in automotive applications, the high reliability of the products is well-established.
