The "SM7000/SM6000/SM5000" is a low-pressure MEMS sensor in a JEDEC standard SOIC-16 package. By integrating with a signal conditioning ASIC, a high-level calibrated (FS accuracy ±1%) pressure signal is output from a digital interface, eliminating the need for additional correction circuits such as microcontrollers.
