The "ME910" is a monolithic pressure sensor that operates based on the piezoresistive principle. Due to its compact size of Φ9mm, it can be integrated into space-saving products. The Al2O3 ceramic has excellent chemical resistance, allowing it to be directly exposed to corrosive gases, solvents, and acids.
