The WEO012864Y is a 1.54-inch, 128×64 dot, small OLED display. It has a built-in SSD1309 driver IC and supports 6800/8080 8-bit parallel, I2C, and 4-wire SPI interfaces. The logic supply voltage is 3V, the display supply voltage is 12.5V, and the duty cycle is 1/64. The current consumption at 50% display is 16mA@12.5Vcc (typ.), with an operating temperature range of -40℃ to +70℃ and a storage temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
