The "DSC61xxB series" is a MEMS oscillator that features low power consumption and an ultra-compact package, along with excellent frequency stability and jitter performance against temperature variations. It is suitable as a clock reference for small battery-operated devices such as wearable devices and IoT (Internet of Things) devices, where compact size, low power consumption, and long-term reliability are top priorities. It is offered in VFLGA packages of 1.6mm×1.2mm and 2.0mm×1.6mm.
