"Hi-e Poka Yan" is a portable spot air conditioner that allows for four levels of cold and fan airflow adjustment and three levels of warm airflow adjustment. We apologize for any concern this may have caused to those who received the emails. Emails from Gokoh Shoji are only sent from the domain “~@gokohshoji.co.jp,” so please verify the sender's email address. If the email is sent from any domain other than the one mentioned above, please refrain from opening any attached files. The currently identified "spoofing emails" share the following suspicious points: 1. They are sent from addresses different from Gokoh Shoji's email domain. 2. They contain attached zip files and decompression passwords. If you receive such an email, please delete it without opening the file or contact our representative.
