Notice regarding "spoofing emails" impersonating employees of Gokou Shoji.
On the morning of February 28, 2022, we received reports of "spoofing emails" impersonating employees of Gokoh Shoji Co., Ltd. (notification of attached files and decompression passwords). We have also received similar reports from multiple individuals regarding such spoofing emails. These emails have no connection whatsoever with Gokoh Shoji. We apologize for any concern this may have caused to those who received the emails. Emails from Gokoh Shoji are only sent from the domain “~@gokohshoji.co.jp,” so please verify the sender's email address. If the email is sent from any domain other than the one mentioned above, please refrain from opening any attached files. The currently identified "spoofing emails" share the following suspicious points: 1. They are sent from addresses different from Gokoh Shoji's email domain. 2. They contain attached zip files and decompression passwords. If you receive such an email, please delete it without opening the file or contact our representative.
