Laser Welding Heat Exchanger Series "Compabloc"
Use of heat recovery in chemical plants! High heat transfer performance even under challenging process conditions!
"Compabloc" is a fully welded plate heat exchanger that maintains high performance even when many conventional heat exchangers gradually degrade in performance. Since there are no gaskets between the heat transfer plates, it is suitable for handling chemically aggressive fluids and high-temperature, high-pressure fluids. There are three installation methods: vertical, horizontal, and suspended installation. Compared to other heat exchangers, including shell-and-tube heat exchangers, it requires a much smaller installation area, is suitable for low-pressure steam condensation, and keeps pressure loss low. It does not require auxiliary equipment and features short flow paths and flexible connection sizes. 【Features】 - Four corner guides, upper cover, lower cover, and connection nozzles with four side panels - Easily disassembled for inspection, maintenance, and cleaning - Space-saving design - Variety of plate materials - Compliant with international pressure vessel standards such as ASME and ADM *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
