Installed in one of the tanks of the cleaning process using ion exchange water in the gold plating line. In the cleaning tank where the installation was carried out, after a few days of operation on the production line, the emergence of white foreign substances in the tank became a problem, and we were considering removal and going through trial and error, but we could not achieve satisfactory results. Therefore, we installed the water treatment device "Pure Cleanser" and conducted tests, which confirmed a significant reduction in bacteria due to its water purification capability. Consequently, the problematic white foreign substances disappeared from the tank, and it became clear that the water was transparent.
