The public interview stage "How to Avoid Mistakes When Choosing a Commercial 3D Printer" for Formnext Asia Tokyo Forum 2025 has been released on ShareLab TV.
Gutenberg Co., Ltd. was interviewed by the editorial team of ShareLab at the public interview stage of the Formnext Asia Tokyo Forum 2025, conducted by the 3D printer industry media ShareLab, on the topic of "How to Choose a Commercial 3D Printer Without Making Mistakes." Developer Yuji Yamaguchi explained the key points for successful implementation, focusing not only on the performance of the 3D printer itself but also on material selection based on application and the manufacturer's support system. We also highlighted the importance of Technical Data Sheets (TDS) when utilizing high-performance resins such as PA (Nylon), PPS, and PEEK during implementation in companies, as well as the high-performance filament POTICON FILAMENT developed in collaboration with Otsuka Chemical. Moving forward, we will continue to provide support that aligns with the manufacturing sites of user companies, including operational and maintenance aspects after the introduction of 3D printers, through event participation and consultation opportunities.

At Otsuka Shokai's Manufacturing Solutions Fair 2025 in the fall, our Yamaguchi will be giving a presentation.
14:00~14:40 【C04】 Domestic FFF 3D Printer "G-ZERO Series" and POTICON Filament We will introduce the "G-ZERO Series" 3D printers from Gutenberg Co., Ltd. In addition to the existing compact model "G-ZERO" and the large model "G-ZERO L1," we announced the "G-ZERO MP1" in 2025, which is compatible with Otsuka Chemical's POTICON PEEK filament. The "G-ZERO MP1" achieves high-strength and fine (small nozzle, thin layer) PEEK printing, which has been a challenge until now, in a fast and compact device. Leveraging the excellent properties of POTICON filament, which contains potassium titanate fibers (TISOMO), the "G-ZERO Series" makes the impossible possible. Instructor Yuji Yamaguchi Engineering Manager, Gutenberg Co., Ltd.
