The "G-ZERO" is a lightweight and compact 3D printer with external dimensions of 440×410×470mm and a body weight of 26kg, achieving industrial-quality printing speed and accuracy. It is capable of printing not only general-purpose resins but also engineering plastics (PPS, PA). It can be easily installed in both offices and factory lines, enabling in-house production of factory line parts and jigs, leading to significant cost reductions and shorter delivery times compared to outsourcing. In addition to the existing compact model "G-ZERO" and the large model "G-ZERO L1," we announced the "G-ZERO MP1" in 2025, which is compatible with Otsuka Chemical's POTICON PEEK filament. The "G-ZERO MP1" achieves high-strength and fine (thin nozzle, thin layer) PEEK molding, which has been a challenge until now, with a fast and compact device. Leveraging the excellent properties of POTICON filament, which contains potassium titanate fibers (TISOMO), the "G-ZERO Series" makes the impossible possible.
