We support the calling of remote people and things in the production site using Andon and wearables.
The operating status of the production process can be easily grasped at a glance using a large LED display (orange/green/red). The display content can be customized according to customer needs, including abnormal call alerts, relief man calls, and operational status. The display device has been made wider than conventional models, measuring 150H × 100W mm per window, improving visibility. Since it is a double-sided display, the usable area is expanded. The adoption of LEDs eliminates the need for bulb replacements, making maintenance easier. The transmitter, which is the source of the signal, is equipped with a push button and terminal input, allowing for manual button presses as well as automatic transmission from machines. The input signals range from 1 to 4, adding more types of signals compared to conventional models, thus accommodating a wider range of applications. The power supply can be either an AC adapter or batteries, allowing for selection based on the installation environment.

1) The communication channel can be set from 1 to 10 channels. 2) Up to 4 abnormal conditions can be monitored with one display unit. 3) In the event of an abnormal occurrence, external output will be activated in conjunction with the lighting (or flashing) of the indicator lamp. 4) The display unit has a double-sided display, which expands the area that can be checked. 5) The display unit can show three types of abnormal signals in different colors.
