Transmitter for Andon AN426TII

The operating status of the production process can be easily grasped at a glance using a large LED display (orange/green/red). The display content can be customized according to the customer's needs, including abnormal call alerts, relief man calls, and operational status. The display is double-sided, allowing for a wider area of use. By adopting LEDs, maintenance has become easier as there is no need to replace bulbs. The AN426TII is a transmitter for a wireless calling device (andon system) that uses low-power radio. The transmitter, which is the source of the signal, is equipped with a push button and terminal input, allowing for manual button presses as well as automatic signaling from machines. The input signals range from 1 to 4, adding more types of signals compared to conventional products to accommodate a wider range of applications. The power source can be either an AC adapter or batteries, allowing for selection based on the installation environment. One transmitter corresponds to one window. The window displays LED colors based on the input from the transmitter. Similarly, terminal block inputs are displayed in the same manner.

1) You can set the communication channel from 1 to 10 channels. 2) One display unit can monitor up to 8 different abnormal conditions. 3) In the event of an abnormal occurrence, it will output to external devices in conjunction with the lighting (or flashing) of the indicator lamp. 4) The display unit has a double-sided display, which expands the area that can be checked. 5) The display unit can differentiate and display three types of abnormal signals by color.
