We received an inquiry from Wellcat Co., Ltd. regarding the desire to notify workers in the automotive production process of their tasks, such as fastening, through a wearable device they are wearing. We have successfully implemented this. [Details] - Our poka-yoke tool, the "Poka-Yoke Receiver TW-800R-EXS," is wirelessly connected to the barcode terminal manufactured by Wellcat. - We have realized a use case that displays the work status using poka-yoke tools (torque wrenches, plier wrenches, check pens, electric tools, etc.) in real-time on the wearable device worn by the workers. - It is expected to contribute to quality improvement and productivity enhancement in more factories. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
