We would like to introduce a case study of custom product development using a production management display device. As a visualization of production status in reuse and recycling factories for multifunction devices, we received a request from a customer who was using our production management display device, stating, "We would like to use the production management display device for a different purpose (visualization of reused parts)," and we made it happen. 【Details】 To realize the customer's request at a low cost and in a short period, we repurposed the hardware of our production management display device and implemented the following to display the amounts of reused resources: "production results," "utilization amount today," "monthly utilization amount," and "annual utilization amount." (1) Customized the software of the production management display device to display each utilization amount in decimal points.
