Achieving larger size by using two standard LED boards!
We would like to introduce a case study of custom products developed using a wireless calling device. We received a request from an automotive parts manufacturer stating, "We have 10 calling processes, so we would like to implement a 10-window Andon display," and from another customer, "We would like to implement a 20-window Andon display," which we successfully realized. 【Details】 - We repurposed our standard Andon circuit board to develop dedicated cases for 10-window and 20-window displays. - The display windows for the 20-window version were enlarged by using two standard LED circuit boards. - To achieve weight reduction, we adopted aluminum materials and devised surface processing techniques. - By providing a display that clearly indicates the called process at a glance, we offer Andon displays that effectively support our customers' production sites. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
